COMPENSATION / PAY / TFP INFORMATION

Outside of my "go-to-models", I've been a paid photographer for several years.  I do not consider myself a "fashion photographer", I consider myself an "art photographer" and models pay to be the subject of my art for use in their portfolio's.  I only pay models when I have a commercial advertiser who wants to pay me to create an ad, in which case I always will book and pay a model I have worked with and had a good report with.  I am not in this to see nude women, not in this to date models and have no need/reason/huge bank account to pay a model to be the subject of my art.  I do offer very limited TFP shoots for models who come to me with a great idea to execute together (if you have one to pitch, message me).  With all of that said, I do have very reasonable rates.

Smoking is permitted in the studio (aka Dungeon) Only.  No other 
parts of the building please/thanks.

Your shoot time starts at the time scheduled.  It is important that models understand this and are on time.  Your studio time starts with or without you there.  It is your responsibility to arrive on time.

Boyfriends / Girlfriends / Husbands / Wifes / Significant others are not allowed at photo shoots without prior consent/screening by the photographer and/or being a directly involved in the photo shoot.  I do apologize for this, however it was a suggested rule made by my attorney many years ago after a situation involving a jealous boyfriend cause major issues involving property damage and police.  It also saves on the added distraction that having a significant other present can bring.  Thanks for your understanding / cooperation.

You are very welcome (and encouraged) to bring an escort along if 
it makes you feel more comfortable & secure.  Only one escort is 
permitted due to space restraints & distraction from the job at hand.  
(this isn't a party, it is a photo shoot).  Please keep in mind the last 
rule about boyfriends / husbands not being allowed.

The studio maintains very high image quality standards, therefore 
we provide only the optimal edited images from your session for you 
to review. If there was a particular pose or two that you remember 
we'd shot and didn't see them among the Proof Images we 
presented for your review, we will make every effort to locate these 
and determine if they might be candidates for further finishing.

Need to cancel / reschedule you shoot?  That is fine.  We do require 
that you give at least 24 hours notice on weekdays or 48 hours 
notice for weekend appointments.  If you cancel under these time 
requirements, you will be charged a $10 rescheduling fee to be paid 
before you are able to reschedule.

Running late for your shoot?  Your scheduled time is when the shoot 
time starts to click.  If you are running late, we understand that this 
happens.  Please give us a call to let us know that you are going to 
be late, and we will wait for you.  But please keep in mind that your 
shoot time will run short, and you may not get the total number of 
images offered in your original package if it is to short.  If you have 
not called to let us know you are going to be late, your shoot is 
assumed to be canceled after 20 minutes of you shoot time have 
passed.  You are then considered a no call no show, and will be 
charged a $25 rescheduling fee if you wish to rebook.

If you are shooting with DDP locally, payment for your photo shoot is 
due at the time of your shoot.  If travel is involved, payment is due in 
advance to cover traveling expenses / shoot time.

NO REFUNDS - Sorry, but we do not offer any refunds.  If you are 
displeased with any/all of your images we can negotiate a possible 
free or discounted re shoot. (determined case by case)

Please have your ID with you at the shoot.  You WILL be asked for 
it, and we do reserve the right to scan a photo copy to be added to 
our files as proof of age / identification.  

I do not generally ever work with anyone under the age of 18.  
However if you are under 18, and schedule a shoot, I REQUIRE your 
LEGAL GUARDIAN to be present for the shoot.  No Nudity (or 
implied) is permitted.  I will also have my own escort for personal 
liability.  Your legal guardian will be required to provide identification 
(as will the underage model), and will be required to sign the
DDP Minor Model Release Document.

ALL MODELS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN A DDP STANDARD 
MODEL RELEASE CONTRACT PRIOR TO SHOOTING.

Deviant Desires Photography owns all copyright on images from all 
photoshoots unless otherwise purchased by model / client.  
Copyright releases for prints are included in all standard packages 
so that you can make your own prints at will.

PLEASE NOTE: ONLY COPYRIGHT STAMPED IMAGES WITH THE 
BLACK BORDER ARE PERMITTED FOR USE ON THE INTERNET.  
ANY VIOLATION OF THIS RULE, WILL RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION 
FOR MISUSE OF COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS AND WILL RESULT 
IN FINES UP TO $20,000 AN IMAGE & 3 YEARS IN JAIL. (THIS IS 
JUST AS MUCH FOR YOUR IDENTIFY PROTECTION AS MINE)

NO ALTERATIONS / EDITS / CUTS / CROPS ARE PERMITTED TO 
ANY OF THE DEVIANT DESIRES PHOTOGRAPHY COPYRIGHTED 
WORKS WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT BY WILLY ADKINS.  
THIS IS ALSO A VIOLATION OF COPYRIGHT LAW THAT CAN 
RESULT IN FINES UP TO $20,000 AN IMAGE & 3 YEARS IN JAIL.
